Sorry if this has been asked already (long azz thread) but curious:

If Bo decides on Okie St who do you expect to look at other schools? The Cowboys are in a great situation even without Bassett moving forward in the 149-157 range. Bigger Raney, Vega, Robideau, Routledge, Wolbert.

I just want him to go to Columbia, so we have a program with SeaBass, BoBass, and KeeBass. If they can pull Avery Bassett from Lock Haven and Bastida from ISU, they'd also have ABass and YoBas. Unfortunately, Miller will have to find a program that's a better alliterative fit for him.

What about Stephen Abas?  Can he coach?

Willie mentioned (but didn't explicitly confirm) that Bill Bassett wanted some kind of say in coaching during a listing of some of the Bassetts' demands.

If true, that would be kind of funny because I think in an interview, Bo was a bit critical of teams that offered his dad a job in order to get him to commit

VT was in his final 3 choices or whatever the number was. Henson graduates next year but it sticking around to train for the Olympic cycle and then on to mma. He’d be a great partner for Bo

In his decommitment announcement Bassett himself wrote, “This wasn’t easy, but I believe it’s not the right fit for me as a wrestler, a person, or for my faith journey.”

Which University is short an assistant coach (or abides by player requests) and gives priority to high schoolers over their current student athletes.

The more information that comes out, the better Tom Brands and Iowa looks.
