President of El Salvador, while sitting next to Trump, says he will not return the citizen who was wrongly deported without a hearing. The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that this action was illegal and Trump must facilitate the man's return.

This "prison" is in fact a concentration camp, by every definition of the word. Inmates are often not formally charged with crimes, nor are they given a release date. Human Rights Watch is not aware of anybody being released from the prison. The population is now at 40,000. Prisoners' heads are shaved and they are packed into rooms like cattle with up to a 100 other prisoners.

Meanwhile, the American gestapo are ambushing legal residents and deporting them for their views on a foreign country.

How can any of you keep defending this? What will it take for you to wake up?

“El Salvador President Nayib Bukele claimed Monday that he has no ability to send a Maryland man deported to the Central American country back to the US despite a US Supreme Court ruling directing the Trump administration to take “steps to facilitate” his return.

“I hope you are not suggesting that I smuggle terrorists into the United States,” Bukele told reporters while sitting alongside President Trump in the Oval Office. “Of course, I’m not going to do it.

“The question is preposterous,” Bukele added. “I don’t have the power to return him to the United States.””

I’ll fix the title for you:

nayib bukele’s concentration camp…. As it’s his prison not trumps.

Was he in a gang or not?  This is ambiguous and changes the perspective.  The government says he was... some say he wasn't...  None of us could possibly know.

The Supreme Court said the District Court’s order to “effectuate” Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia’s return may exceed its authority and needs clarification, emphasized the government’s role in foreign affairs, confirmed his removal to El Salvador was illegal, and said the government must facilitate his release and address his case. - https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24a949_lkhn.pdf

Congratulations, you've stumbled upon the concept of "due process." It used to mean something in this country!

The surface evidence is that the courts stated the alien could not be deported for safety reasons.  The evidence of his being in the gang were not documented in court and thus is ambiguous.  Unless there is some new information, this is a gross show of obstinance from Bondi, Miller (on video)... and Trump if he is in the details vs believing what his team tells him.

At this point Trump is white labelling it.

How about if one of you break the law and Trump decides to ship you to prison in El Salvador? Then would you be against it?

Before you claim this is prepostrrous, Trump was caught in the background of a Salvadorian live stream from the White House telling Bukele that "home gowns are next".

Kilmar Abrego Garcia a home grown.  A home grown from El Salvador  with ties to Ms-13.  He isn’t a us citizen.    He was ordered expelled from the us in 2019 with ties to gangs….   And gang violence.   He stayed here illegally for 6+ years.

i’m not to worried this impacts Americans.   Or law abiding citizens.  Neither is on the table.

remember when what’s his nutz killed an American citizen for saying bad things  without due process.  Pick your penalty.  Deported to your home country…. Or killed?

MS13 originated in Los Angeles.  What he means by homegrowns.  Trump was after these clowns in his first term.  Now he has a place to put them

Except that is not what he said. In the press availabilty he said he doesn't know what the law is but he wants to send our homegrown criminals. He is talking about US citizens.

And if you think you are safe because you haven't broken the law, what difference does that make? If someone is willing to send US citizens to Salvadorian prisons, what difference would guilt or innocence make to that kind of person? If Trump decides you are guilty, or inconvenient, you will be sent. Then he will tell Bukele to say it is impossible to get you back.

Good grief he was talking about homegrown MS13 gang members.  🤦‍♂️

Does anyone think Bukele is doing this out of the goodness of his heart? Or perhaps foreign aid committments have benn made? Maybe Bukele was even told the aid would disappear if he said he could send the guy back?

Nah, someone as transactional as Trump would never pay off another politician to help him defy the Supreme Court. Never.

Sorry. I forget that there are people that can’t figure it out on their own.  Again my bad.
