They gave Zo the head RTC job I assume that may be why he left.

that makes more sense than the, "he figured out he didn't want to coach" line.

Isn't Kennedy there already? Not sure they need two little guy coaches anyways.

This is exactly what I have been thinking as well. Even when it was first announced.

I assume Kennedy is working mostly with the middleweights. 141-165 range if I had to guess.

If this is just a question of who could make a good lightweight coach then I would say that Zane Richards would be an excellent addition.

If we are playing fantasy then I'd bring in Arujau for the lighter weights.  Has a style that compliments Taylor

I would just promote Fix, you know he wouldn't go anywhere soon.

Is Fix even on staff?  They need to get the best 125ish coach they can find from outside the program.

Fix is already in the room and his primary focus is and should be on competing

Why stop there?  Let's get JB and Dake on as volunteer assistants too!

I heard they will first hire Gordon Ramsay before advertising the Gilman position.

He was indeed, towards the end of his career he was up at 70 and maybe even 74kg.  I remember him beating Nolf up there...

Kennedy wrestled 141. I expect he could work with lightweights, up to middleweights. Not as much flexibility with Gilman. Do they have an upper weight guy though? I'd think you want a young assistant at each end of the weight spectrum.
