This would not suck...we will take him if he wants to come...  Dillon is going to be good in time, but he doen't compare to Crookham at this point...

Crookham is top 3 in the country so not counting on it but would be a heck of a pull. I like Campbell though he needs to get a little bigger/stronger, he made 125 in 1-2 opens last fall. He's got the frame for it and Seidel should be able to push him as well.

Nope.

Classic. Make a prediction about a team whose roster you are completely unaware of. They have several quality recruits that will serve as a good foundation to build on. They've been down for the past 15 years, but it can change in hurry once the culture and foundation is built under a new coaching staff.

It's actually fun to be optimistic about a regime rather than call them a failure before getting an actual start. I'd recommend trying it. 🙂

I expect Nebraska's lineup to be somethign like:

125: Laurdisen
133: Van Dee
141: Hardy
149: Lamer
157: Antrel
165: Minto/Araujo
174: Minto/Araujo
184: Eise?
197: Allred (McDanel RS)
285: Harley Andrews

I think this is the correct answer as of now, but hopefully they can get another heavyweight

Lamer at 184 as well?

Daschle is the younger brother who was at 184 - Chance at 149.

Appreciate it, Boo.

Kyle Dutton - a former Ironman runner up - has been removed from Little Rock's roster

He has been in the portal for a while now. He probably should have gotten a mention. He had some big wins in HS, but has had the injury bug for a while.

Cody Phelps who started his career with two years at Western Wyoming, Redshirted last year at Michigan State, and is now on to Wyoming.

And still 4 years of eligibility right? Or does he only get 1 back?

I believe he would have all four years in theory, but isn't there a clock that starts once you finish high school or is that an old rule?

I know they granted a 1 year waiver for some who were in D1 who used a year or more in JC prior to going to a D1 school.  I am not sure where it stands currently as far as how much eligibility they will receive or who meets the criteria. Things seem to change weekly.

There was one that said (barring military/religious/I forget the generic term for Peace Corps like time) you had 1 year after your HS class graduates. After that you would lose one of the 5 years unless you competed in that year in which case you would lose one of the 4. But with the nonsense of the QB wanting time back because he went to JC ...

Classic.

Beast, being a Cowboy is still salty about that B12 shared title. There are only a few schools that can talk sh ite on a school that has seven titles.

And he's a cantankerous lil' devil...

Ok...here's what needs to happen.

Crookham transfers to PSU.

He Wrestle's Ono early in the year. Ono...not having Wrestled much Folkstyle, he gets a TD or 3 in the first period, he goes down or Crookham takes top(either one) and Crookham turns him...3-4 times. 16 points+the RT. He wins the spot. Ono Redshirts, transfers to Okie State so he can Wrestle for DT....

Behind the scenes, DT has been talking to Crookham, but he planting the PSU bug in his ear. 'We'd love to have ya...just wish we could offer what the NLWC and PSU could...oh well, Okie State is good enough.' All designed to get Ono to Okie State...and it works.

Move aside Uetake, Ono is the first, 4X undefeated National Champ with an Olympic AND multiple World Championships!

I'm pretty sure after hearing all the theories about how things played out behind the scenes, this makes perfect sense, right?

Where did I say I was "completely unaware of" their roster?

Apparently Allred wants to go back up, McDanel may not have a choice

Well, you know how we handle stuff like that in this sport. On the positive side, I'm sure a lot of teams would be happy to accept either of those guys as a transfer.

OH, so the fact that I can't read the future and name 5 starters next year means I'm completely ignorant of the roster?

Does Bruce have reading comprehension issues?

I mean... you could be and he could.  Both of your questions could be true.
