I've said it before and it seems I have to say it again.

This isn't a popularity contest. You make arguments against the things you disagree with.

It doesn't matter if you disagree with few or if you disagree with many.

If you are confident in your belief, and are interested in shouting it out loud, the percentage is irrelevant.

(I could do without the insults - but when met with insults, it is a reality that some people only speak that language.)

To answer the original question. I don't think they both have committed crimes. One seems to have because they have been brought up on charges. Also convicted. With maaaaaany more to go.
