Gilman simply doesn't have an answer to Spencer Lee...

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

No replays at PSU.  They don't have the technology, apparently.

So, the refs are just comparing their memories of what happened during challenges? Cool!

Spencer the most skilled guy in the country at the weight.  The only question is the tank.  Great to see him make it...now he has to qualify the weight.

No.  It is the winner to face JB for True 2nd in the Challenge Tournament, which is 3rd on the ladder.  The bracket is already there to physically look at.

Edit:  See SS below

That's typically only necessary if they have not yet met during the tourney.  If MM wins over Jacques, there is no need.

I get the sentiment but he just won the last two matches against a multiple world medalist but scoring in bunches in the 2nd period. It’s a bit of an over exaggeration how bad his tank is. He’s healthy enough to train cardio now finally.

Maybe Cael and DT decided it’s time. That looked like a thrown match.

That sounds more like a boxing (or political) conspiracy than a wrestling truth ... although I could see Cael lobbying so that Brooks got the very last match of the first round finals so that Brooks could more fully recover from last night late night action

And the knees, his knees are his largest weakness, and he is worryingly willing to get in this acute angle scrambles on single finishes.

Taylor is just winding down to start his Iowa coaching career.
As soon as he heard John Smith was retiring, he planned on leaving his shoes on the mat this weekend.

His tank was notoriously bad in college but it does seem like it’s improved. Good showing against a guy who is constant forward pressure and will test your tank

I'm sure Tom Ryan understands what Kyle did.  You're not accusing him of turning his back on Hofstra by transferring to Iowa

Interesting development, if yazdani is out Brooks is winning gold

I stepped away from the computer to burn an Iowa singlet. Who is possibly injured? Yazdani or Brooks?

Would be a pretty good opportunity for both him and Iowa imo

It's possible we see a whole slew of elite guys go out this cycle:

JB

Cox

DT?

Adeline Gray?

Who else? Jacarra W?  Coon?

Don't count them out however before the fat referee sings (whistles)
