Cactus wrestling did this vid so I thought it would be fun to get it going here

125: Lilledahl unless Ben davino can make 125

133: Crookham

141: Alirez

149: Henson (True sophomore will still be making jumps)

157: Meyer improves on bottom doesn't keep getting concussed and improves his tank

165: MM I don't think he loses again

174: KOT (Carter does not like school I don't think its a matter of not wanting to wrestle a full season)

184: PK

197: Stephen little/Id like to add if christian carroll goes down to 197 I think he does some serious damage

285: Greg if he comes back Feldman if not

Henson goes 157.  MM and Haines swap weights

I have Stephen Buchanan winning at 197 next year

That would be nice for the Sooners, for sure.

Here's my picks for next year and they are pretty lame picks:

125 Figs

133 Fix somehow finds a way to wheedle another year's eligibility and actually wins. Either that or Crookham.

141 Mendez

149 Henson

157 Haines

165 Messenbrink

174 Starocci

184 Keck

197 Buchanon, but I'm worried about his development in OU's room.

I hope he doesn't try to make 197lbs.  I forget after which tournament, but he looked massive and an interviewer asked him about what he was weighing, since 97 KG was 'like' 20lbs higher and he said something along the lines of 'God don't remind me.  I am having to cut more weight to make 97 than I was 197 so I don't know how I'm going to do that.'  Then he deflected when asked about going 285lbs and said he would do whatever the coaching staff thought best for him and for the team.

Rumor has it that OSU wants Carroll to wrestle 197 and Merrill to wrestle heavyweight. I agree though, a 197 cut for Carroll looks and sounds like it would be a lot.

I gotta say, I’m surprised by all the love for Buchanan. Elam beat him in their most recent match up, and he clearly was hampered by undisclosed injuries all year. If Rocky is healthy, he’s your champ.

He'll be a contender but I think '97 next year will be similar to '25 this year.  Cardenas took 6 losses on the year and placed 4th.  You can also throw Little's name into the mix

I don't think so.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
