The dairy I worked on cooled the milk immediately.  There was a big blending and cooling vat, and we had a dipper.  And jugs for take home.

Ah, you worked on a big dairy farm. Not a family farm. Maybe owned by an investment group.

They got rich, and you got to take home your paycheck and a jug of milk.

Wrong.  It was definitely a family farm, though only two of the five boys worked it during high school.  After high school it was just one of the sons and a hired hand - not me, I just helped my friend out while he was recovering from hernia surgery.

when did you work on a dairy farm in which the milk wasn't cooled immediately?

by like 1995 every small dairy in america had a pipeline.

I grew up on a family farm. Something you obviously know nothing about. Yet you chime in.

Speaks to your credibility.

that would explain GWN.

immensely.

You post as if you are incessantly attacking, but I don't necessarily believe you really are that person.

I'd like to extend an olive branch.

You post on topics that you know nothing about - specifically against me. I instinctively feel obligated to call you out on each of them - because they are specifically about me.

Seems a recipe for 'nobody wins.' Maybe you limit your know-nothing posts against me, and I'll limit my calling-out posts against you.

Seems fair.

my credibility? oh the irony. in the same post you say i know nothing about a family farm.

anyway - stop getting butt hurt

i'm simply stating that no 'dairy' farm doesn't cool the milk immediately.

if you mean the place has/had like 1 or 2 cows i get it.

Now why didn’t I think of that?

And why does it always have to be an olive branch?  I don’t think they grow around here and I usually have better luck with a hickory branch.

Exactly, its why I think GWN is from a northern Italy family olive farm.
