Trump officially indicted for the third time, with one charge allowing for the death penalty. Will Jack Smith put it on the table?

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section (1) or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap (2), aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

When does the Hunter Biden show reconvene? Maybe the dims can steal some thunder if they hold the next indictment until that circus comes back to town.

Nah… the indictment was handed down today to overshadow yesterday’s happenings.  When the Hunter show picks back up, Americans will be directed to focus on a kitten stuck in a well or something. It should have the at least the holding power of a missing submarine full of rich people.

My favorite quote so far from the indictment comes from a Trump Senior Campaign Advisor's email.

"When our research and campaign legal team can't back up any of the claims made by our Elite Strike Force Legal Team, you can see why we're 0-32 on our cases. I'll obviously hustle to help on all fronts, but it's tough to own any of this when it's all just conspiracy shit beamed down from the mothership."

They are careful to avoid to much detail from the capitol riot in the indictment, so no.

I dont think there's any chance they go after the death penalty.

That’s unfortunate. I want us to go full banana republic.

This is the most wishy washy federal statute ever. I’m fairly certain every manager, foreman, supervisor, teacher, school administrator, parent commits this felony multiple times/day. It’s sort of like a disorderly conduct charge, just a loosely defined, catch-all misdemeanor or ordinance violation for which the cops can basically arrest/ cite anyone at any time.

In fact, the average person commits three felonies every day, according to a study by Harvey Silvergate, a Harvard professor.…. And some of you think Congress should be sitting around making more laws. 😅

Pence just revealed that Trump/lawyers asked him to just reject votes from the states with no legal basis for doing so.

Well, I think that is a bit extreme.   Hillary started the whole Russian Collusion farce that was sanctioned by Obama and DOJ as they submitted falsifed FISA requests.    All of that was known to the WH and DOJ, yet they let it go on.   In addition, Hillary bleached bit her server, destroying evidence, and lied about all of that until the truth came out.

These examples are not the conduct of upright people.   But I think execution is a bit extreme.   No doubt there will be calls for that with regard to Trump.   That would be the final solution.   But I do think that Obama and Hillary should be held to account as well as Comey and whoever the AG was at the time.   But they won't be.   Just remember, clumsy old Sandy Berger was caught with sensitive materials he kyped from Archives.   He pled guilty and got 100 hours of service, $50k fine, and lost his security clearance and right to practice law.   At least that much to Obama and Hillary for knowingly perpetrating a lie that consumed the public and federal government for years.

You're right, I feel like I hold back too much.      This is a thread called Death Penalty for Trump?   right.    Nothing becomes of the Anthony Weiner laptop connection, Pizzagate, Bleachbit, The Steele dossier.  there is some sick HIgh Treasonous stuff that gets discarded and debunked by the left and the MSM.

1.  Delete video.

2.  Smash cell phones, bleach bit hard drives, have secret documents on a server where they didn't belong and do all the actions before to obscure any evidence of wrong doing.

1.   Indicted.

2.  No cause for concern here.  No reasonable prosecutor would take this case.
