They got a Black-n-Tan rub, 45 minutes in cherry wood smoke, then this fiery sear with butter and rosemary.

not smoked/grilled but happy with the way this came out. i got the cook on the tenderloin just right (which i mess up on more times than not)

Pork Tenderloin w/ homemade Thai Peanut sauce

Homemade Squash Bisque (got super creative lol and made the squash base into a soup bowl)

and Baby Bok Choy w/ bacon

I'm doing a pre-thanksgiving turkey breast on the smoker today.  Going simple...no brine and a basic salt and pepper rub.
