Can you predict your favorite team's lineup for next season?

I'd love to speculate on Northwestern, but since they put out actual information about as frequently as North Korea, I'd have a good idea on about 5 weights.

Joel VanderVere was a highly ranked recruit coming out. But has only wrestled 6 matches in two years and is 2-4. Curious if he finds a spot in the lineup?

Mizzou

125-Surtin

133- Selzter

141-Edmond

149- Mauller

157- Steed, Goffre , J Conway. Multiple options here just don’t know who

165- KOT

174- Mocca

184- Hawks, Whittling, Harmon

197- R Elam

285- Z Elam

Steed looked really good in the early season matches (we saw publicly).  So did Seltzer.   Why wouldn't Hawks be the clear front runner at 84?  I thought he improved tremendously over the course of the season?  Re Seltzer, I thought he could have beaten out Brown if they needed to give up his redshirt season.  Not suggesting they should have replaced Brown, just sharing opinion that the the weights being vacated are likely to be filled by new guys that appear as good, if not better.  RELOADING FOR 24!

Hawks seems like the front runner, but he split close matches with Whiting this year. Whiting was 23-3 with 2 losses at Midlands and 1 to Hawks. He also won 3 or 4 matches against ncaa qualifiers. It will be a tough battle.

I would expect Garvin to win that 165 spot. He’s a hammer.

As for LEHIGH... to be honest:
125 undecided
133 undecided
141 undecided
149 undecided
157 undecided...lean NCAA not giving Josh another year.
165 undecided
174 undecided
184 undecided
197 Beard
285 Taylor

The future looks fluid here... others that have a better idea are most certainly welcome to put their idea(s) up as to what next season's line up may be.

cheers!

Any chance he heads up to 165 if he does?

I doubt it - If he were to get another year he would have a great shot at the NC at 157 - 165 will once again be loaded KOT, Carr, Amine, Hamitti, possibly Haines if he doesn't RS - I think he would stay at 157.

Sinclair is also coming into the room.  Would love to see Lilledahl head to Mizzou, he is a St. Charles boy like myself (suburb of St. Louis)

Eye test, I could be wrong, but is Sinclair going to break the record for shortest 197 ever? Guy looks 5’6.

Not sure about Northwestern except Thomas is done. I think Aiden Vandenbosch takes his place. At 97, my guess is Evan Bates moves up with one of the frosh taking over at 84!

Maybe so. I think possibly Chumbley drops to 49 and Mayfield to 57 (his natural weight) with Ferrante back at 65. Agree about Bates and J. Martin moving in. My question is do Mike D. and Lucas Davison return.

If DeAuggie returns perhaps a weight swap with Cannon is in order?

Lucas has to be coming back, right?  He won't leave it at that.

I doubt Chris can make 25, but who knows. Lucas seemed pretty noncommittal in his post tourney interview. Said something like: 'I'm going to visit my girlfriend in Sweden, finish my Masters and then see'. Gotta admire his thinking!
