Money doesn’t guarantee psu wrestling if they don’t have to. See the national duals where supposedly their backup club team would win so easily they could print the money themselves

Yes, going undefeated in the B10 is going to give a wrestler all they need for RPI. I'm well aware. Hence, there is no "reward" for scheduling unnecessary additional rigor to the schedule. 3

Ono's first match against the best top wrestler in the country. Can't imagine anyone at PSU would think that is a good idea.
