Was the "evidence" that a bunch of Central PA hillbillys "remembered" that they were abused after a therapist had to try and use repressed memory therapy on them, after the same attorney told them they could get paid millions of dollars?  Then the AG's office steered their testimony?  Some of them were also on record before the witch hunt saying that JS was a great man, a father figure and continued having a relationship with him into adulthood.

Which attorney told them they could get paid millions of dollars?

I know what I would do & have the commendations from law enforcement & military both. Too many fail to take action when they see something happening. No novels involved and no firearms that shoot fifty times without reloading. You see something, you do something.

you don't have any commendations lol thats insane

I find it interesting that so many people completely exonerate PSU's program just because there haven't been any legal actions for the most heinous of accusations.

We do know that Kyle Snyder was caught. Aaron Brooks is serving a 2+ year suspension. Carter Starocci is MIA. If there was truly nothing to the whole Carter story then I don't see why he wouldn't be part of the NLWC and people seem to have no idea what is going on with him or his plans. Davis resisting arrest last offseason is just another bad look for the program. And under normal circumstances I would have considered the Gilman thing a complete nothing, but when you're involved with a program that already has several issues going on, it just adds another straw to the camels back, and it does create questions and negative publicity. That's 5 negative stories involving 5 different athletes training with the PSU brand in the last 18 months or so.

Even if some of the more disturbing claims aren't true, that doesn't change the fact that at minimum there are some very questionable things taking place around that program. I'm not saying to shut the program down, but I do think it's concerning when we know some issues have taken place with athletes in the program and you have former athletes that were on the team coming out and saying there is more that the public doesn't know about.

Carter Starocci is MIA.

He supposedly debuted in MMA this past weekend, but I can't find results for the event:

I audibly said “What?” when I read that comment. I think I get what they were saying but umm…judging by Agave’s post history I have no idea what to believe…just surprised Trump wasn’t in it.

I think what most are doing is claiming that the entire accusation is crap because one can’t prove that the entire accusation is truthful. There is way too much there for all these things to not be true to some degree…maybe it’s not 50 girls being recorded BUT I bet you there’s at least some…and even some is too many. Maybe not every claim about Carter is true but man it’s not like it’s one person saying something…AND he’s not allowed in the facilities. Sandusky maybe didn’t mess with all those kids but one is too many…the point stands.

As it stands.   Psu fans and nlwc fans are still bad for the sport.

Psu fans: come here we have the best international training partners in the world the best culture and have so much fun and winning

also psu fans: when Nlwc people do dumb shit…. lol they’re not part of our program

ha.   Tommy two face

Also Sandusky is still a monster

IIRC the reports were Starocci was still at NLWC practices for a bit even after the Bartlett stuff came out, but then only later “wasn’t welcome.”

plus the lack of any kind of meaningful acknowledgment from PSU about them makes it look like the staff and admin don’t care which is odd for a program that sells itself as being all emotionally in tune and whatnot.

Funny, when all these stories came out individually folks were like “wow that’s bad” and now a year later some of the same folks are saying “it’s nothing”. Memory not so great perhaps.

Some people very publicly said "That's a nothingburger" when it came out, so at least they were consistent.
