49 was already going to be one of the weights to watch. Add in Mendez and it could be one of the best weights we've seen in a long time.

2x National Champ - Mendez

National Champ - Vega

National Champ - Valencia

National Champ - Henson

Finalist and 3x AA - Van Ness

AA - Block

AA - Wasilewski

AA - Frost

Then guys like Mendoza, Larkin, Buesgens, Joy, whoever gets the spot at Michigan, etc.

How many weights all-time have had 4 guys that have stood atop the podium going into the season? I can think of a handful that have had 3, but not 4.

Headline - Van Ness.. one of the best to never win a title.

I think Seidel is bumping up to 141 to fit Campbell at 133, which would have Henson bumping to 157 and Bassett slotting into to 157. Then Melvin Miller takes over for Henson at ‘57 after he graduates.

I disagree. Siedel confirmed he is going 33 in a Flo interview. Bo 41, Henson 149. Henson is wanting to go 65KG for Olympics. He also confirmed 149

Seidel and Robles both said he is going 133 in interviews with Christian Pyles.

I wouldn't get too excited. I expect this will get appealed and who knows what will happen.

The NCAA is like 0 for 1,000,000 in lawsuits related to eligibility in the last 5 or so years.

NCAA wins a lot more than it loses but you don't hear about the wins because they just maintain the status quo.

Just change the whole thing to 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, etc

I've actually been thinking about doing this on my website since grade designations are useless now a days. Just do years since HS graduation. So much simpler and evens everything out. Don't have to figure out if a guy used a RS or not, was he injured, withdraw, go to prep school, etc. Graduate in 2023 and it's 2026, you have a 3. Graduate in 2020 and it's 2030, you have a 10. Simpler math too instead of trying to figure out how long a SR who redshirted, took a gap year, olympic redshirted, and got injured was.

The post I made with the twitter from College Sports Communicators is going to be the law of the land. CSC isn’t just some random group… they award the Academic All-American honors to NCAA athletes, for example. Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Fifth Year, will be how all colleges and media classify athletes. All of the RS/ORS/MRS are basically irrelevant now.

The NCAA responded again with an emergency Motion to stay the Order, which the Colorado Judge denied on Monday. However, the Court is giving both sides the opportunity to argue their position in briefing that must be completed by early next week.

In the meantime, the NCAA has made clear that its rule remains in effect regardless of the Court's most recent ruling.

Do you think Jesse will go 141 or 149? Riley Bettich (who’s good friends with Jesse), and Matt Scouts both say that he wants to go 149 but in a flow interview Tom Ryan said that he would go 141 if he came back

Jesse is telling people he’s going 149.

Trumble is listed on the NC State roster. Not sure how that would work with his military commitment, but in here for it.

Everyone can brace themselves now for the Ross Reign because that means eventually he will be a Stilly Boy in WCAP, and when your partners are Pindrickson and Trumble good things happen. Can't believe a 165 guy is building out the new Heavyweight University but I'm here for it.

i am an idiot on the internet
