He's been arrested and didn't catch those charges, so he's clearly just an IDIOT. I cannot comprehend this stupidity.

He'll just have to decide how to parse it out -- press conference vs exclusive interview vs his own podcast. The police conveniently didn’t release it right away giving plenty of time to doctor it! DNA is easily planted, so take your transfer DNA pseudoscience and shove it! Even if AJ admitted he was driving the car, how do we know the false confession wasn’t beaten out of him? Either way, he would’ve been justified for fleeing, because he obviously feared for his life. He knew if he pulled over, the cops would shoot him just like they shoot thousands of innocent people every day! -American Social Media Justice System

The police didn’t catch him until a day later. I reckon that’s the reason one would run. If he was drunk it would now be neigh impossible for the police to prove that. If he had drugs or other contraband he could have taken it with him and disposed of it before the police located him. Even proving that he was in the drivers seat could be difficult to successful convict him of speeding or reckless driving could be difficult. Edited June 29 by fishbane 1
