LJB Posted September 16 Posted September 16 age level there is no real rules as far as mandatory camps or anything of that nature... they may put the word "mandatory" on a schedule, but, as i have explained to many people throughout my lifetime, what mandatory means to me is rarely the same as it means to others... i personally know a U20 kid who did not go to the OTC for any of the camps... U23 is even more lax... i have no doubt that USAW has at least tried to reach out and assess the situation with JW... one moth away they will need to make a plan is JW is not able to compete... USAW will not want an empty spot on the team with it being in Vegas... what will be more interesting is assuming JW will still be the rep, who will be in his corner... i still am a bit shocked robideau gave up the spot... it makes little sense to me... 1
