Here we are still using the term “bell rung”, and giving him a few minutes to “clear the cobwebs and get his bearings straight” before continuing to wrestle (then stumble around and fall down afterwards). Not making any real judgement, but I find it… odd.

And when he is in these low spots I have always suspected that something else is wrong with him besides his knees. I kind of thought that when Spencer had to default out of the US Open a number of years ago that was probably the end of the road for him. But he came out in 2024 and looked outstanding. So I’m not sure what is going on with him. But he’s our rep now for 2026, and I hope that he can stay healthy and stand at the top of the podium in October.

It was like he had to straighten himself out and get to his business and once he got out of that mode his mind relaxed and the concussed state took over. Not sure about an immediate stoppage? I guess thats why there are relaxed time limits for a concussion. He sure was no wussy
