You should call stalling there, but you are trying to force an outcome you think is fair/preferred if you think that was fleeing. He kicked out of a single and was still in bounds after kicking out. He has circled and faced Little before the action goes out of bounds. You can call him for backing straight out at that point, but it's not in the realm of fleeing. 1
