In another thread, I posted a vid of the dc major asking for control over the national guard to combat crime in front of congress….. two years ago. The whining is just hatred for anything that T does.

Because, according to Undefeated, "You can just kill ICE agents" really means that you disagree with ICE agents' policies and beliefs and that you really don't intend any actually killing or death to happen. It is absolutely unreasonable to think that people mean what they say.

Who said your take was invalid? That said, the law does hold the responsible individual responsible. It also talks to the actions of the parents in trying to prevent the repeated actions of the child. It also talks about the parents being “warned” before any action is taken against them. So these matters will be investigated, and parents….who are responsible for parenting….will be held responsible for not parenting. Along with the minor being held responsible for their actions.

There are already provisions for holding parents with civil liability. And we have negligence laws with criminal penalties.
