  2. Many of EU nations don't appear to be on board with this so this one small victory for Trump (finally after 6 months) may not go through at all. This entire tariff deal plan for Trump is turning out to be a disaster.
  3. Six months ago, he could’ve grabbed an article from any one of the major news outlets. That’s not a good sign.
  4. The daily beast. Bahahahahahahahahahah
  5. Less credit given for Hvy pins especially for Taylor being 200 lbs heavier than opponents. He was a very good wrestler for hi size, but I don't think he was ever regarded as an "outstanding" wrestler
  6. It was not anyone but CNN that caused this. They claim a guy is possibly white. Well that is a pretty good guess because more people in this country are white than any other race. So they have a really good chance of being right by saying this. But seeing the pic, it seems a strange way to describe a guy. Why not say he is possibly black? Or possibly a middle eastern? Or possibly south american? Or possibly an asian? Or possibly native american? No, they chose to say possibly white because the most dangerous people in the country are white as a thread on this board already discusses. mspart

  8. It is your duty to vote. Do not let the "worst" option win by default
  9. Following @Undefeated across topics provides a stronger indicator that he is an educated Iranian.
  10. So did cnn do anything wrong?
  11. You can always guarantee that the wingers will bring up race if some minority commits a crime, particularly that gets national attention like this one. It's 100% guaranteed. If it's a white guy though, they won't say a thing. Crickets. They may even say that it's "fake news." It's pretty obvious what's going on here....The winger racism is abundant and stinks to high heaven.

  13. WSJ has a pretty good reputation for being accurate. Orders of magnitude better than Faux.
  14. I don't think he holds 125 at all. While I realize it's the offseason, he just wrestled at CA freestyle state championships in May at 65kg (143 lbs). I think he redshirts, bulks up and comes back at 141 as a RS Freshman. Don't sleep on Ramirez- he's slick on his feet, has a really good slide by, pretty tough on top, and a very high ceiling. It's going to be an interesting room at OSU for the next couple of years, and I think Ramirez is one that will benefit the most from being in a competitive college room.
  15. I don't think silver has.
  16. I'm giving Blaze a shot, but not until 2026...
  17. We were all "swimmers" at one point...
  18. With all due respect to Kasak, MM is a different animal.
  19. Maybe UPS. Lower than its been in 10 years...
  20. Is anyong giving Joey Blaze or Dee Lockett a shot at taking out Mitchell? I assume Dee has the better shot, getting in the college room and being coached by DT who showed what he can do against PSU last year with Wyatt and Hamiti. Blaze, in my biased opinion, always has a shot at winning, Kasak is the perfect example of him being able to beat anyone any given day. He is also onto his second international event this year so he is getting better this off season no doubt.
  21. That's where he started his coaching career, yes.
  22. Not right away. The wrestlers on the roster (and incoming freshman) that are over the roster limit are exempted from the roster limit for the rest of their careers (designated student athletes, I believe they will be called). The schools do not have to keep them on roster, but they can choose to keep them. And if one of those wrestlers chooses to transfer elsewhere his roster exemption follows him to his new school.

  24. Three days in and Summer MacIntosh has been as advertised. She is 2 for 2 in individual gold medals as she attempts to tie Michael Phelps' record of 5 in a single championship, but the biggest showdown is yet to come. Her toughest race will be the 800 free against Katie Ledecky. Speaking of which, Ledecky held serve with "only" a five second win in the 1500. It was the fifth fastest swim in history (the top 4 and 22 more of the top 24 belong to her as well). Before the event Ledecky had the 23 fastest times in history, but the silver medalist Simon Quadrella turned in the 12th fastest time ever to break up Ledecky's monopoly.
