To be fair, that isn't that many guns. If he's moving from OH to PA, he'd be moving his stuff. I can say, last time I moved, there were plenty more in transport than that! If those other 3 are out of direct reach, and unloaded, I doubt that is a crime to transport the weapons if he's legally allowed to possess them in general. The issue with the unpermitted carry is because that one firearm was concealed. Cops will almost never just 'let it slide' on a potential gun charge, even if there's an understandable reason for it. The charge may end up dropped, but they will still generally confiscate it and do an initial charge. The drugs make it a more damning situation, but if it's low weight for personal use, I would assume a decent lawyer will be able to get the gun charge dropped. The registration is nothing, and if it's light weight on the weed, that may get provisionally dropped as well. It could always be something more, but looking at the circumstances from very far away, it sounds way worse than it is.

Position Announcement: Assistant Wrestling Coach (High School) Location: Aurora Central Catholic HS, Aurora, IL Aurora Central Catholic High School (ACC) is a Roman Catholic secondary school located on 43 beautifully landscaped acres in Aurora, IL. Our school strives to enable students to realize their potential, to function morally, think critically, and communicate effectively. The ACC athletic program is designed to enhance the overall mission and philosophy of the school. Through sports and activities, our students learn to seek and find, work hard for success, to never yield, and to think and feel good about their development. The Wrestling Program ACC Wrestling has a long history of success and tradition. In recent years, the program has had low turnout and is in need of rebuilding. The coaching staff has the full support of the school administration who desires to see the program grow and return to its storied success. ACC competes in the staunch Chicago Catholic League and is located in the middle of some of Illinois’ best wrestling programs. We have great facilities, updating/procuring new singlets & warm-ups, and have brought in a new head coach to serve the program. Job Duties & Functions: The assistant wrestling coach supports the head coach in all aspects of the wrestling program, including training, match/tournament preparation, and student athlete development. Duties will include assisting with practices, ensuring athlete safety, help with equipment management, and fostering a positive environment. Its a felony but the permit in Ohio may lead to a plea deal. unless the THC possession voids the Ohio permit. Theres a drug use question on almost all permit forms.

Someone brought up the actual victims on Epstein's island coming forward. But that was shut down with the fact that they signed NDAs. My question is, are NDAs legally binding with minors who have had a crime committed against them?
