  1. Orrrrr...it's a man who's cheated on his wife with a prostitute(s) and wants us all to see him as "relatable".
  2. I cannot believe is an actual take.
  3. Ferrari did not have sponsorships nor was he as religious as Snyder appears to be. To think this will not affect Snyder's reputation (and in turn his career), is naive.
  4. Between your last post and this one, I do not believe you're being serious here. This is a bit right?
  5. This whole thing was a wild post that I'm not sure you took the time to read before posting. But the highlighted sentence is asinine. Not a good look for you.
  6. If by "An Iowa lineup that could beat Penn State" you mean the bit he does where he lists the Iowa lineup with "(transfer)" beside the name and, without fail, pencils in Caliendo at 157 in order to fit as many transfers into the lineup as possible, despite the fact Caliendo hasn't wrestled one match at that weight in four collegiate seasons, and hasn't wrestled under 160 since his junior year of HS. Then that's my pick.
  7. I am by no means an expert on the Bible, so I'm not going to pretend to be. But I AM a follower and believer of Christ. My whole Christian life I have been told to not judge others because it's not our place. Only God and Jesus have that power and right to do. So I'm not going to say you're wrong, but this is not my experience.
  8. Let's let God and Jesus decide if the guy's a scumbag. We're all sinners. It's a disgusting act for any man to partake in, regardless of religious affiliation. I don't want to speak for the man, but I'm sure he's ashamed.
  9. IT WAS AN UPSET THEN TOO!! Figs was seeded 8th and Ayala was seeded 3rd. So based on your logic, Brenden McCrone should be picked to beat Luke Lilledahl every match moving forward based on the fact that McCrone pinned him in the dual?
  10. Lmao. Those losses are an indicator of what level he is right now (or was in March), that's how wrestling works. By losing to those kind of guys (and winning only 1 match at NCAAs), we KNOW FOR A FACT that he is not on the level Ayala is currently (or at least was in March). Does that mean Figs can't win the match against Ayala? Absolutely not. But it would be an UPSET.
  11. Don't let Mr. Pastry get you riled up. That's his goal.
  12. The most recent results are that Ayala is a returning runner-up and Figs went 1-2. What are you talking about? He lost to Trever Anderson and Tristan Daugherty, who no disrespect to them, Ayala would never lose to.
  13. So you would rather use a reference point from TWO NCAA tournaments ago, instead of the most recent one? According to Wrestlestat, Ayala is ranked #3 and Figs is #8. FloWrestling has Ayala #4 and Figs #8. @Husker_Du hasn't updated Crystal Ball since Figs transferred, but he had Ayala 3rd and I don't see him having Figs higher than him. I'm not saying he can't do it. But it would abolsutely be an upset.
  14. Find a new joke. You've used this one a few times and it's a bit played out at this point.
  15. Ayala was 2nd at 133, Figs went 1-2 at 125. It would be an upset.
  16. 125: Spratley dec Peterson. 3-0 133: Ayala dec. Figs. 3-3 141: Jamison/Vega dec Bailey 6-3. 149: Swiderski dec Williams. 9-3 157: Robideau dec Alvarez. 12-3 . Caveat: If it's Teague, I'll say Alvarez dec. Teague. 9-6 &nbsp 165: Caliendo dec. Lockett. 12-6 (or 9-9) 174: PK dec. Facundo. 12-9 (or 12-9 ) 184: Ferrari dec. Ryder. 12-12 (or 15-9 ) 197: Merrill mdec. Endene 16-12 (or 15-13 ) 285: Keuter mdec. Doucet 16-16 (or 19-13 ) As a cowboy fan, I see a path, but I'm not holding my breath. The path includes: Alvarez not getting another year, Dee Lockett upsetting Caliendo, Ryder upsetting Ferrari, or Figs upsetting Ayala. I don't feel confident about any of those things happening (except maybe Alvarez not getting another year).
  17. Central Michigan need a 133 with Spidle leaving?
  18. Apologies. I wasn't aware that people thought this. Maybe you and I are in the minority, but I thought it was understood they have a solid team of coaches at different locations. But yes, they're doing a great job, that's for certain.
  19. I'm not sure what you're getting at with this. I think all of us consider AWA one of the top wrestling academies in America. I'm not sure who isn't giving them credit where it's due.
  20. I love looking into the weeds on this kind of stuff. I'm a junkie.
  21. This got a good chuckle out of me. Bravo.
