If the lenders were REALLY Christians or Muslims, they wouldn’t charge any interest, either. I can quote the Bible, too. Leviticus 25:35-37. “Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God, that your brother may live beside you. You shall not lend him your money at interest, nor give him your food for profit". Apparently you missed the post where I said that modern 184s like Amine, Hidlay and Brooks would stomp the 1982 finalists at 177, Ed Banach and Mark Schultz. I think that’s pretty complimentary. I think Amine and Hidlay are great. I think Hidlay will give Brooks his hardest match of the year, by far. But I’m not going to pretend that a win over a guy who will likely be competing at 74kg in Paris this summer is as impressive as it would be if he beat Georgia’s actual 86kg rep. The average teacher has a significantly higher likelihood of dying on the job compared to members of some military branches. Hint: 0.0 USSF Guardians have been killed in combat. They will almost certainly serve their community for longer than the average servicemember. So, is a USSF Guardian who serves four years, between Vandenberg and Schriever, and maybe “deploying” to another building at the base he or she works at already, more deserving of loan forgiveness than a teacher who teaches at a crappy, underfunded school for 8 years?
