    This is true, but I think he'll have more success against international competition than, for instance, Brooks. His issues are David Taylor and that Americans rely on conditioning, which is his kryptonite. I hope he joins his brother in Mexico. I think he has an excellent shot at a medal. Personally, I enjoy watching him.

    He generates offense from there, so it is not passivity.

    Starocci's knee looked sore. He limped a little and stood up gingerly. Sure it was much more painful after Ringer beat him decisively. Speaking of which - Glad to see Ringer back as he has his own health problems.

    The money question is interesting. He probably lived on ramen early on. I recall him saying he gave himself a budget of 2000/month when he was wrestling because more that that would be a distraction.

    Some of the teams do a lot of "overreaching" then. Shouldn't go into natties with sore muscles.

    Meh, there is more than one way to end a match early. I kind of like it. It is rare to see the really good ones lose via lace but the possibility exists, which is a plus. Not disingenuous to compare it to pinning. Seems like FS rules allow pinning to finish matches but they don't do much to encourage it. Stark contrast to folk.

    We'll see what happens but Nolf has KOT gapped pretty good right now. I don't think Nolf will retire until 2028.
