    Sometimes it is raw numbers, sometimes not, sometimes both. Lost in this discussion is a little girl who had her face blown off. She probably didn't have an opinion and was relying on society to look out for her.

    The gun enabled it. The type of gun exacerbated it. That is just fact. If you want to keep your guns, I'd suggest supporting reform.

    It would matter. Fewer than 9 would have been murdered yesterday and in most every mass shooting they are used in. I want reform. Amongst other things, that includes a ban on these weapons.

    Ted Cruz' last three tweets in reverse chronological order are campaigning on guns->thoughts and prayers->praising law enforcement. Familiar pattern as mass shootings happen daily.

    Neither of these three have a case for GOAT, although two of the stories are still being written. Gray came up through youth at the same time as my kids. She was tough. And a quality person. She absorbed some poor sportsmanship from opponent’s camps with dignity. Prior to MS, she was state champ multiple times. She was a middleweight and had some physical disadvantages as they got older and then she moved to Michigan and I lost track until her senior career.

    Bluesky doesn't look or feel anything like reddit to me. Reddit is useful if you stick to the niche reddits of interest to you. Outside of there, it is the saddest and most depressing site on the internet.

    I don't think the 10 weight class detail is pertinent to Hwt. Olympic medals should carry more weight because the athletes value them more.
