I'd challenge you to re-read ALL of what I wrote and then would expect you may want to revise you second sentence. In addition, read Rasta's response as it appears that he understood the overall point. And I agree with most of what he responded. I'd also challenge you to remove your emotional feelings about what happened and read what everyone wrote in this thread and then I assume you would revise your last sentence as well. People on here have not once said what you are claiming, other than use of the word "overblown", and you are using that word totally removed of any context in which it was used. As for the "several people died" comment, I'd be open to a back and forth on how any of the deaths outside of the person who was shot on Jan 6th can be claimed to have occurred on Jan 6th, or because of it?? And here is your claim of "A few death" (great English by the way) - simple google search "Within 36 hours, five people died: one was shot by Capitol Police, another died of a drug overdose, and three died of natural causes, including a police officer who died of natural causes a day after being assaulted by rioters." So in reality, only 1 person could be said to have died on Jan 6th and that is the person who was shot by Capital Police. Am I calling you out to downplay that person dying, NO, but rather how you provide nothing other than spewing out emotional words with no facts or merit...aka you lie and provide nothing to the topic at hand.

I really wanted to be snide to the OP but will refrain in the spirit of him/her/they trying to better themselves. I am a believer in therapy and think more people should do it. I have seen them in the past and it helped a lot.
