You may be right. However, what are the things he is going downhill so quickly that it is visible? He is Trump doing Trump things. Guess I don't see a decline but rather just Trump being who he is and always has been. Me personally, I felt if Trump would have changed after getting shot and tempered the attacks and softened his approach, he would have blown away the field no matter who the D's put out there.

1. Fair enough. However, I don't think any president we vote in will ever be "very very dangerous"...that is not how our system is set up. Groups of people say that about every single president that is voted in and it is never true because of the checks and balances. 2. Come on Rasta...do you honestly think I asked people on here because I would take what they say as the only source of truth or I won't or haven't gone and looked this stuff up somewhere else?? And yes I asked because the whole point of this is the back and forth...and quite frankly I do enjoy the back and forth...not the name calling and the insults, but definitely the back and forth. And on occasion I have learned stuff and have learned that I have been wrong in my thinking, and admitted to such.

I know Trump lies...but you and others can say he lies about what he is going to do, and while that may be true in some cases, he did get things done in his tenured that I personally liked. Did he get everything done he said he would...of course not! No President does and that is because of the way our government is set up with its checks and balances...and I like that part. My guess is you and I probably are close in terms of how we view politics from a R versus D perspective; however, you clearly HATE Trump, and while I do not like some of the things he says, and especially how he acts, I do like some of his policies. By the way when I asked about Harris' policies...I was being sincere because I have yet to hear any of them...and she may very well have some good ideas....I just want to hear them. Even in her ads all she does is attack Trump and make the canned talking points that actually say nothing.

I tend to agree with this take Rasta...when it was Biden and Trump and after Trump got shot I thought man this is over and Trump will run away with this. But when Biden stepped down and they threw Kamala out there I first thought it won't matter because I personally think she is not good...but after thinking about it and seeing the response...I thought those voting for Trump because of Biden's decline are going to switch back to Kamala, even if she isn't that good...she's neither Trump nor Biden. Going to be a close race and if Trump keeps attacking it may be his downfall.

Again...how old are you?? I would have said the exact same thing if jross would have posted why he was voting for Trump and listed nothing but negative things about Harris. Now, I am not saying what a candidate has done, or said shouldn't come into play in terms of who you vote for as I myself am letting what Trump has done and said impact who I vote for, but I base 90% of who I vote for based on their policies. In all seriousness...when people brought up all the things Trump had said many many years prior to running for president the first time, did you share this same sentiment...aka, why are people talking about this that happened X years ago?? And again to be clear...I think it all is fair game for everyone running for President/VP...definitely important for people to know in order to hopefully make an informed decision.

Societal norms are extremely important in a well-functioning society. Are some things changing...absolutely. I have and continue change to new societal norms...aka., being acceptance of trans and people for their choices, AGAIN, I don't and never have had a problem with people choosing to dress and/or change how they view themselves in terms of gender. And I have and still don't believe that people that are biological males should be using a bathroom/changing room with a biological female (especially minors). Those two societal norms can both be "right" or okay. If you think they can't then that is on you. As for the "proof", are you and the authors seriously saying that just because a biological male or female who has to use a single stall or a bathroom based on their biological sex endangers their health, safety, and wellbeing??? Seriously?? If someone is so hurt because they have to use a certain bathroom then it isn't about what someone else is doing to them, it is that they have a severe mental health issue and hopefully they get the help they clearly need! Not to mention, how does it impact their safety?? Care to share any numbers of where a biological male used a bathroom assigned to be used by biological males was injured by doing so. No it was not a coup. Did it "technically" follow the rules...probably not. Does it overall impact the legitimacy of her nomination...not really. Is Trump and Vance using it as a political toy for their campaign...absolutely. Have and will Harris/Walz do similar things...absolutely.

I feel like everyone is saying the same things. Vet your sources, use critical thinking, don't stick to only one source for information, seek out different opinions on things. Who said I am afraid of anything?? Having an opinion on something doesn't make me afraid. Biology and societal norms have determined the need for separate male and female bathrooms and locker rooms. There isn't any nefarious reason to agree with the biological and societal norms. It also has nothing to do with "tolerance" even if you try to paint it that way. Your ridiculous/emotional circular arguments about "show me the data" and "where is the proof of an epidemic" in terms of biological males using the same bathroom/locker room as biological females are weak and completely asinine. Again, it isn't about fear, danger, etc....it is about societal norms. And since you brought it up...so you agree that you talk in circles and your logic doesn't hold up by saying no one should care which bathroom you use, and then out of the other side of your mouth you go on and on how trans people want to use a bathroom that they feel comfortable using...so which is it? Fair enough...you have your experience in the military and thus your opinion of it and I can respect that. All I really have is my brother, his military buddies, and my nephew...all stand up guys and their experiences were not similar to yours at all.

I don't necessarily disagree with what you are saying here; other than I would be careful of the "filters" that are applied to remove things. I would rather what is filtered out is news sites and their reporters adding their "analysis" which is nothing more than their biased opinions, and just giving the facts and sources to go find out more information about the subject they are reporting on.
