Don't you think they would have done that or escalated the efforts in Gaza if their true intention was to take control of all of Palestine? Anyway, it isn't too farfetched to think that Biden stepping down for Harris was in fact a big secret plan all along....BUUUTTT...unfortunately I don't think anyone in Biden's administration is or was smart enough to come up with it...my guess is they were fumbling on what to do this whole time and the easy way out was to push for Harris to take over the nomination after big donors started pulling out.

I had similar thoughts along these lines. My first thought was Iran will bomb an insignificant place in Israel to save face. Or maybe that is my hope, and this doesn't turn into a regional war where we get involved more than we already are.
