So spoke with my buddy last night who served 20 years in the Army and actually led soldiers in combat multiple times laughed when I asked him about this. He said he may have been doing the duties of the higher rank but it in no way means he achieved that rank or was given it...he agreed that Walz and the media are using political twists on words to make it appear like something it is not. I have read more and more articles of vets who confirmed he was never truly the higher rank. The fact that he has said he retired at that high rank should be all that needs to be looked at because what he has said is a blatant lie. And some of you on here refuse to believe it. And then go and attack someone who hasn't lied about his service (Vance) and try and belittle him purely for political reasons and to deflect away from the fact that Walz LIED...SMH

My brother served 27 years in the Navy and he had to actually serve in a war zone before he could get his final promotion to Senior Chief before retiring...he sure didn't get it before he qualified for it. I'll have to ask my buddy who served 20 years in the Army about the way they promote...however, it sure seems like weaselly/politic speak in how they are trying to describe his "promotion" that he actually never got.

I don't necessarily disagree with what you said and I most certainly have empathy for both the Israelis and the innocent Palestinians. However, I have no empathy for Humas and what they did to escalate this. THEY are the ones who want to engage in genocide by getting rid of Israel purely based on religious ideology...aka they are terrorists!! We could go back and forth in terms of the history of both the Palestinians and the Jewish people and how terrible it is on so many fronts, but bottom line is Humas is a terrorist organization that isn't interested in working in a peaceful manner because on their religion and their hate for Jews...that is sick! But hey, if your support towards them is what you call "empathy" than you my friend have a lot more problems.

Bet if you asked someone who leans right, they would say the exact same things, but the other way around. So when there are many times more main media outlets that lean left as compared to one, FOX that leans right, FOX has more influence than all of the others put together?? Funny part is I sort of believe that statement from the pure aspect that FOX has WAY more viewership...and there is a reason for that other than what I know you and others will say (people can't believe what they say?), more people would rather watch that news channel than all the others, combined. And I say that as someone who doesn't watch Fox News...I read their website and then I read CNN and then go out to various others as I want to learn more about anything I read. I have no problem saying that Fox leans right and CNN leans left...and both of them post ridiculous headlines and tend to put more "analysis" articles out versus just tell me the news and what is going on, I don't need some person who claims to be an "expert" give their OPINION and pass it off as fact.
