I would disagree with him that “that’s a takedown in high school,” and I’d argue there’s not much difference between high school and college takedowns (especially with the hand touch takedown now gone). It was close though (in both high school and college). But Rock was a former official, and normally his rules interpretations are correct. And of course love his energy.
