  1. 2/5 is not bad…
  2. Weird that he was the only wrestler on the team that looked gassed
  3. They go back to wherever the challenge was won at and nothing after the challenge counts. It’s a weird rule that doesn’t make much sense.
  4. He finished the match strong. Looked good coming off staph in his knee
  5. Will Lewan doing Will Lewan things
  6. Almost looked like Mattin was not expecting to get to Bartlett’s legs. He was deep in on those double legs and looked surprised to be there.
  7. @jajensen09 did you lose your login info and create a new account???
  8. Fan is short for "fanatic". @jajensen09 should visit the world famous Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD. https://cornpalace.com/
  9. 1-0 unless you count a match that Mattin injury defaulted after 12 seconds.
  10. 210,000 give or take
  11. Much like Nebraska in the Iowa dual, if absolutely everything breaks their way Michigan can win this dual. For Iowa or Penn State, they will need to lose 3 or 4 "swing" matches that they are favored in. In a vacuum, Bartlett losing to Mattin, Van Ness losing to Lamer, Haines losing to Lewan, Facundo losing to Amine, Kerk losing to Parris are not overly surprising results. However, all of those losses occurring in the same dual seems very unlikely.
  12. For context, Nelson Brands has been majored only once in his career. He has pretty stingy defense.
  13. Van Ness and Lamer are both relatively unproven at this point in time. Both were top 10 recruits coming out of high school. Van Ness's best win to date was a dominating performance over Quinn Kinner. Lamer's best win to date was a tech fall of Realbuto. This match will be a good measuring stick for both guys. Lamer is a wild man who certainly is not afraid to let it fly so it should be a fun match.
  14. Fair bet. I accept
  15. I think Lamer beats Van Ness and Kerk beats Parris

I’ll throw Jore Volk’s name in the mix. True freshman that made the U20 world team and seems to be on an upward trajectory beating a tough Noah Surtin 11-1 last week.
  17. He is also 4-8 on the year being pinned by Kolby DePron from Bucknell and beat 9-0 by Alek Martin from SDSU.

For starters, he beat Lucas Byrd in his first college tournament as a true freshman.....

He has been wrestling tough. Will he be able to break through the likes of Brooks, Hidlay, Keck??

Phillipi has been so solid its hard to believe that he has never AA'd. He has been R12 3 times at NCAA's. His R12 opponents have been Chris Cannon, Lucas Byrd and RBY.
  21. Wouldn’t it be more likely for Thompson and Heeg to redshirt and have Plott Wittlake go 174/184 again?
  22. The line at 125 would probably be Spencer -14.5. Tech or pin covers the spread
  23. If Schriever goes at 133, Burwick would have a much more favorable matchup. I honestly think PK controls Wilson fairly easily and might even major him.

Cook just needs 5 guys to walk into his gator bacon
  25. If you take out Burwick's redshirt season he is basically a career .500 wrestler. Dayne Morton got beat by Alek Martin (SDSU, go Jacks!) 9-0 while Murin tech falled Martin 20-4. Hardy vs Woods could go either way but Woods is the more proven commodity at this points with Hardy having lossed to Droegmueller and Jack this year. Bubba Wilson just got beat by Sparks and Mayfield and you expect him to beat PK?? Pinto and Assad should be a good match that could go either way. Maybe I am tainted from watching Allred get decked by Sloan (SDSU) but I just don't see him beating Warner.
