    Many. For example. Wikipedia says a violent crime rate for dc of 3588 per 100,000. For Memphis it's 6,899. Not remotely close. Tons of cities are higher than DC.

    There are all kinds of other federal workers like FBI, ICE, etc that are there. Yes, you flood ANY area w extra law enforcement and crime goes down in that small area.
