Yes; to help close the budget deficit, at least partially. Combine that with reducing all the extra military fat that we have and cutting social security benefits for the uber-wealthy, along with Medicare.
You won't eliminate it completely but at least it will get us part way there. This will restore some faith in the U.S. dollar and our bonds.
If you REALLY want to cut the federal budget, you need to go after the BIG programs. You're only paying lip service when you go after small potatoes like DEI, USAID, NPR and Planned Parenthood while you let the bigger programs that make up 95% of the budget to grow uncontrollably.
