There is a Civil War/Paradigm Shift Happening
red viking replied to Viratas's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
Nobody cares where you stand on every single issue, politically. Yes, almost every liberal also takes a more traditionally conservative stance on individual issues. And vice versa. Big picture is that you lean right. Let's just be honest about it. People claiming to be "moderate" simply because they aren't as extreme as a lot of other people in their party is a pet peeve of mine. Cut the crap. -

You're obviously a "moderate winger." Your map made it obvious you lean right. You aren't really a moderate at all. That's all I'm saying. No need to get your panties in a bundle. -

That's hilarious. I think VA is the only state in the yellow region that actually leans left. We all know where you stand now. -

In all seriousness, that type of job doesn't typically attract good people, regardless of the admin. -

They have to get in line with the new admin thug mentality if they want to keep their jobs. It's pretty simple. -

Doesn't take much "training" to be a thug. -

Not as violent as the right but they can, of course, cherry pick examples of liberals losing their cool. -

This is because the right has the power right now, and they are abusing it w/ impunity. People generally get violent when the other side has technical/legal power and they are abusing it. It's happened since the beginning of time. The right is pretty violent too though, so that's a big part of the problem. Look at the instigating by Trump, his use of the military and ICE, etc. -

Trump started civil war. It's on. -
This is just CNN. Per AI. Add in all the other news sources and its basically nonstop. Pre-debate coverage Initial reporting: In February 2024, CNN discussed voters' concerns about Biden's age and acuity, noting that gaffes during a press event had exacerbated these worries. Media criticism: In June 2024, a CNN media analysis criticized a Wall Street Journal article questioning Biden's fitness, claiming it relied heavily on Republican sources. Acknowledgement of existing concerns: In a July 2024 article reflecting on media coverage, CNN acknowledged that "nearly every media outlet" had reported on concerns about Biden's age before the debate. However, it also noted that some reporters felt the issue had not been covered aggressively enough, partly due to pushback from the White House and Democrats. Post-debate and recent reporting Immediate aftermath: After the debate, CNN political commentators and Democratic lawmakers interviewed by the network expressed shock and deep concern over Biden's performance. Dr. Gupta's call for tests: In early July 2024, CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta published an analysis and gave an on-air statement urging Biden to undergo and release the results of detailed cognitive tests. New book revelations: A book co-authored by CNN's Jake Tapper and published in May 2025 described a years-long effort by Biden's inner circle to conceal his cognitive and physical decline. Based on the book, CNN and other outlets reported that what the public saw at the debate was "not an anomaly" but the result of a long-term decline. Further internal accounts: Subsequent CNN reporting in July and September 2025 detailed internal Democratic concerns about Biden's acuity in the lead-up to the debate, based on sources and testimony to the House Oversight Committee.

I'd need hundreds of links to "prove" that it was done "daily." Dumb request. Takes way too much time to fulfill, for one winger with his head in the sand anyway.
-
The same reason that only the left apparently sees that Trump has lost it. Severe and rapid cognitive decline, even in the past year. wingers are in denial. They don't want to believe it. That being said, Dems did see the cognitive decline. I don't know anybody that thought there was NONE. They definitely minimized it. Partly because Biden and his staff strategically hid it and partly because they didn't want to believe it and partly because they wouldn't admit as much as they really knew. The media definitely made it obvious that there was some decline. Even the left wing media. There was really no way to avoid these reports. I saw them on a daily basis, even before the debate.
-
No. The press also reported what they saw, (some definite cognitive decline) but the debate made it much more obvious to them too. The rt wing victim mentality is never-ending. You dumb wingers literally think everybody is ganged up against you as a grand conspiracy, even though you control all 3 branches of government. You can't make this level of stupidity up.
-
It's simply par for the course. The cabinet of every President in U.S. history has generally defended their President and refused to openly criticize him. They want to keep their jobs. It's called human nature. It's pure stupidity to expect otherwise. As for Biden in 2024, those outside of his inner circle were generally duped as to the severity of his decline (until the debate) and also didn't have much of a choice of doing anything anyway since incumbents are always nominated for a 2nd term.. The alternative was supporting Trump, and they all knew that was much much worse. So far, that's proving to be true. Once the severity of his condition became obvious to them, they pressured him to withdraw himself.

Trump is 10x dumber and lies 100x more. LIterally, 99% of the trash coming out of his filthy mouth are lies. He's a disgusting cockroach. Lock him up and throw away the key.
-
100%. These goons/thugs don't deserve a dime and are ALL significantly overpaid. Fire them all and I'd press charges and pursue lawsuits for the large percentage that have abused and harassed (mostly) peaceful protesters.
-
Just like the people close to Trump are hiding his pronounced physical and cognitive decline. At least the best they can.
-
He's suggesting it may actually work. As a result, a few dumb wingers actually tried it. Have to realize that his followers are complete idiots, just like him. Zero science backgrounds or critical thinking skills. Anybody with any intelligence whatsoever should have known that this would not work. Injecting disinfectant inside the body is poisonous.
-
He's the biggest idiot we've ever had in the White House, by far.
