Seattle made it such a desirable place by not making anyone get off the street and letting them do all the drugs they want, give them sanitation to some amount, give them clean paraphernalia, let them do essentially anything they want with no repercussions, it is a Utopia for drug addicts. They are homeless by choice because the city allows it. They choose drugs over a home. They buy them hotels to house them in and within a few months, they are unlivable and meth houses that cannot be used for anything other than a city or county run homeless site. You wouldn't allow anyone in your family to enter the premises without a hazmat suit on. Pratt is correct. mspart 1
