Only notes:

I would have Sotelo somewhere in r16 or r12 at 125

Shawyver had a sneaky good summer despite not winning a match he lost to north korea at worlds 5-4 and Yassengeldi 4-3 at the ranking series I think he gets on the podium.

Love that you have Mendoza aa'ing I think I would have him all the way at 5 but I may be overly bullish on him

141 is gonna be fun to watch. Mendez is the favorite with Hardy a solid second. There are a lot of guys moving into the weight from last year - Ech, Bailey, Davis, Mendoza, Ragusin, Romney, Manville. And then the guys coming off redshirt like Jack and Stanich along with two other returning AA’s in Composto and Vombaur

141 is really fun. something that stood out when doing these was the depth or lack there of at different weights.

141 is nice. 149 is awful. 174 is fun. 184 is almost all promising FR and then falls off a damn cliff.

133 is an awesome weight again. Adding the likes of Blaze, Davino, and Crookham from injury should bring some fireworks. Will be interesting to see how some of the staples of the weight class (Byrd and Ayala) navigate the young guys

I wonder if there is a chance for any of the 141 or 157 guys to move into 149. On FRL they were making it sound like it would be a huge leap for Swiderski to make the finals at 149 and honestly to me he is in a tier with 4 other guys that have a shot at the finals unless someone else really emerges. I have SVN on tier 1 island and then tier 2 is Lachlan, Swiderski, Stiles and Paniro/Frost. There is a chance for Aden Valencia to move into tier 2 but i need to see some wins first.

133 is super deep. There are going to be some very good wrestlers left off the podium.

The concerns with Swiderski are two-fold:
- He had a over a year off from even stepping on a mat - let alone competing.  In an interview a few weeks ago he had said he had only been on the mat for two weeks.  That's a long layoff.  You don't get better by not wrestling.
- He doesn't really have any marquee wins.  The Watters one isn't really one because it was avenged in dominating fashion at NCAAs and on top of that, it was a True Frosh without much name recognition.

Those two main concerns/justifications are coming from the biggest Swiderski nuthugger on these here forums, btw.

I have high hopes and hope to see him bring home a 1st place finish come March.

Is it well established that Braeden Davis and Aaron Nagao are going 141? That leaves on Blaze at 133

Been talked about quite a bit...

I know it has been talked about and Penn State does not share much info, so I was curious if this is certain

Apologies. I thought you asked, "Is it well established that Braeden Davis and Aaron Nagao are going 141?"

D'Emilio is a 2x AA that shows up in March so that is a solid win for Swiderski but I generally agree with you. I think it moreso points to the lack of depth at 149 than it does my confidence in Swid. One takeaway that I have from from listening to the OSU interviews and such is that it seems like Swid has taken hold of the spot in the room. There is a lot of depth in that room so if he is comfortably in the lead for the spot then I would take that as a positive thing. The lack of wrestling is concerning though.

He didn't show up the year Swiderski beat him, though - his first at 149lbs.

I know, I know.  He had that dog in him.  He did have 13 losses and didn't AA that year, though.
