Yes a fishhook is dirty and illegal.  But this topic is about the "dirtiest," and a fishhook isn't the dirtiest thing that can be done in wrestling.   This Fernandes guy is up there though, although I agree calling him "irredeemable" is unnecessary

i won't get into a semantic argument about what move is dirtier...

you seem to understand my only real issue at hand...

so...

Others thought you were dumb as a stick, but I defended you. You're just fine.

Late to the show, but I did bring my own whiskey...

That said, I did want to throw out and not necessarily defend LJB - to clarify only - that he is actually a well known, well knowledgeable, and well respected member of the USAW community.

Guy is smart AF.

Dirtiest move is 5 on 2.

shockingly...

i have an anecdotal story on that as well that would be another illustration of how i see things a little different than most...

but...

i believe i originally stated that i was going to be on my best behavior at these new digs...

i might have failed the last couple of days...

i should just stick to thoughts on greco, the zoo, and listening to the same song 8K times in row...

Who exactly is LJB for us that were not around for long on the old board?

i am just a parent of a couple of kids who are pretty decent at wrestling...

never wrestled a day in my life...

i ref locally but refuse to do it out of state because of who i am...

i approach things with a different flair and i have a way of saying things that rubs people the wrong way if they have any ego issues at all...

and i would have been labeled (as well as my oldest) as irredeemable as a kid by some...

but...

with all that being said..

i am a sweetheart deep down and cry watching movies all the time...

The wife lost her shit on Sunday's episode if Last Of Us.  Ron Swanson immortalized in a different sort of light was refreshing.

Also, Marley And Me?  Cried like a bitch, myself.

he is another "iredeemable" wrestler by these standards who somehow was redeemed and able to continue to compete...

even to this day...

i would say that is an upgrade...

Drexel to Iowa? Debatable huh.

Guys, it was an Iowa joke. Nothing more. You dudes need to lighten up. As if someone would argue that Drexel is a better program than Iowa.

Hmmm, although outside Spencer they've had the same number of NCAA champs since before Desanto was in middle school.

That's an attempt to injure. I'd cut them from the team.

If this someone did that to me during my career, I'd have broken his fingers.

Grip strength did have its advantages.

I agree with whoever said the ref should be scrutinized and the coach should be shown the door.  There is no excuse for allowing this behavior on the mat.
