Conservatives don't protest in the same fashion as liberals. They also don't get the same news coverage.

An example is the March for Life every year in DC. It's a peaceful march and CNN, MSNBC, etc wouldn't be caught dead reporting on a conservative cause.

One group requires blanket presidential pardons when they protest

Ok, January 6th is an extreme example. Notice I didn't mention idiots burning down businesses in Minneapolis to protest the death of a guy that was a drug addict and beat pregnant women?

The kind of protest you are looking for isn't the style of conservatives and is a waste of time in my opinion. If you really think spending a weekend or day off work protesting nonsense is worth it I encourage you to organize.

I am not going to commit property damage, stand in the middle of traffic, or hold up a sign chanting until I am blue in the face. I have better things to do.

that’s why the party is all but through. The numbers just aren’t there. Just like the sport of wrestling, lazy has-been s rule the sport and now we take a bus back seat to badminton players in the eyes of espn. Same with the R party, the ground work should have been done decades ago but now it’s too late. R’s will never sit in a commanding lead in either chamber or in the eyes of Americans ever again.

I don't know what kind of dooms day crap you have been feeding into, but protests numbers are not an indication of anything meaningful other than it shows the people that have nothing else better to do.

I don't know about you but I have things to do around the house, children to take care of, and a job. I personally don't have time to stand in the street with a sign screaming into the abyss about the latest made up BS. The US doesn't have a king and never has. These protests accomplish exactly nothing other than the possibility of things escalating and you getting caught in the middle of something that could permanently change your life forever.

flags or no flags. These large groups of individuals got together all across the country to get behind a cause they believe in. Certainly not a cause I can ever get behind but when was the last time conservatives amassed numbers like that in public for something they believe in? The same laws apply to all. Why can’t C’s use their right to peacefully protest in public in huge #’s to draw attention to their cause? Pussies that’s right spineless pussies. The bearded big bellied deer hunters with nra stickers on the back of their trucks will be the first to hide under the bed when the shtf. Prediction: the view from above of the crowds you’re seeing at these rally’s will be indicative of who shows up to vote in November and who doesn’t.

Thats the point skippy.  They already vote.   Conservatives don’t need to protest.  We love it here.
btw what have you done other than be as you call it “a giant pussy?   I can’t wait to hear this answer.

no doomsday - just being realistic. I too have a rewarding life and consider myself well versed in what you guys argue about daily. I just learned later in life how to wean myself off of it and to just keep myself updated on the big stuff.

No Kings rallys are not a bad thing.   Perhaps we should have been doing this since the Revolution.   But to target this to President Trump is silly and really stupid.   He is no more a king than Macron is king of France.   The fact that No King's rallys are "allowed to continue is testimony of that.  Give me a break.

Did they applaud the King or did they applaud what he said?   I have not heard any of this.   Did the Rs also applaud?  Context means everything.

Shouldn’t matter if republicans stood. The NO KINGS rally’s are conducted by the left.  If you’re against kings you’re against kings right ???   They wouldn’t stand for a sick kid during the state of the union address but they’ll give a standing ovation to a king.

Now that's not true.   The Ds like dictators.   But just not here unless he/she has a D by their name.   A dictator is just a king in effect.   The Ds like authoritarian government as long as they run it.  Perhaps I should say the progressive kooks that run the D party.   The D party really need to reclaim themselves.

My guess is that the R's don't want to have a king here either.   That's why I asked if they applauded what he said, and did the Rs join in.   The king could have said he want's peace in the world.   Who is against that?   Everyone should applaud that sentiment.   Just because a king said it doesn't mean it isn't true or worthy of applause.

Granted, they will not afford Trump the same consideration.

I saw a super quick vid.   It looked like both sides of the chamber were standing and clapping.  I could  be wrong as it was a quick short vid…. But that’s what it looked like

I understand cognitive dissonance is huge with conservatives but do you really think a figurehead with no power is the same as people in the us protesting their president using unilateral EOs that are constantly struck down in court?

Is cognitive dissonance like when someone says people are protesting EOs that got shot down by the courts when they attend “No Kings” rallies?  If they don’t like the EOs and the court blocked them, why protest?  Or are they actually protesting democracy and separation of powers - the Constitution, because a duly elected president signs an EO that the Supreme Court upholds 90+% of the time?

I’m not convinced you understand cognitive dissonance even though you make a good exhibit.

Authoritarian governments have always been the problem for US citizens. The entire time. Consistently.

You've lost all credibility... and this site's credibility is sketchy at best.

You didn't answer the question. If Kings (King Charles) have no power, like Braves said, then why are there no kings protests?
