Have to think a recent dual result may have swung him unfortunately. I will be pulling for Okie state but I am leaning PSU given the time of the announcement, Perhaps he really loved the atmosphere at Rutgers though.

Bo is apparently a media whore.  Seems like a common thing with this current generation. 

2 to 1 he picks Oklahoma State. He'll just be another star at PSU, Iowa will have guys competing for the NCAA title, Rutgers is in (ick) New Jersey, but at Okie State he'll be the star of the team. True, Oklahoma is a hellhole too, but it's a hellhole with David Taylor.

I wasn’t thinking PSU was likely before but based on the timing I kind of agree.  I’ve also heard in the past that allegedly Cael has given expiration dates on his offers which could be the case here

I would guess he goes 149/157 with another year of high school Blaze at biggest feels like 149 towards the end of college to me.

Which if true would imply not PSU since Bassett wouldn’t change much there.  He also says he’s not going to Rutgers

 Hammer lets make a signature bet on this.  You can have Penn State and any other two teams of your choice, if I can have Oklahoma State, Iowa, and Michigan
