WKN... are you sayin' that Spencer will celebrate w/ a dr(r)am of whiskey when he wins gold?

Perhaps a fine cognac would be called for in Paris. Maybe a Remy Martin Louis XIII.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

what was it before “freaking?”

Looks like he changed it from Freaking to Richard.  Doesn't making any sense.

I’m surprised a lot of folks seem to be writing off Higuchi. He is looking just as dominant as Lee and he’s an Olympic silver medalist. Lee might be wrestling a guy who is superior on their feet, which I’m not sure has happened in a long time.

It’s going to be a tough match.

Yeah I’m nervous.  Lee has been doing well getting turns, but you have to get there first.

Anyone who counts out a previous world champ and returning finalist at the Olympic weight is a fool. You don't make the Olympic finals on accident, no matter how good the draw.

I thought Higuchi was the favorite coming in, even when Micic was in the bracket. Still think that now. I think he is better on his feet and doesn't have any issues with a full high-paced match. Spencer certainly is more than capable of winning.

In my own head, I have expectations set at 55/45 in favor of Higuchi and would not be surprised by either winning.  I would only be surprised to see one dominate the other.

For those with no access to this  event live there are a few of Spencer Lees videos up on You Tube, including the most recent semi match. Can’t believe how easy he made that look, even at this level!
