Should the coaches have some more power than the athletes? Or should the athletes have more power than the coaches i.e. when they want to wrestle, what weight class, or how hard the practice is? Yes - they are called scholarships to a top rate college that places them in internships that set them up for life with an annual income of 6-7 figures. I am all for it.... if you can figure out how much money the university gains by showing a commercial of a classroom with the guy in the background typing on his laptop. Where do these students featured in such go to collect their coin? i agree. those students have had nil for quite some time... right from the university. they get funded projects and scholarships. many people pay the UNIV. to benefit certain programs of their liking and the money sometimes goes to students who are doing the research etc. or are a top student in their college.
