That has to be it .His guys are purposely sabotaging him by putting up the wrong names. Wait until Joe figures it out. He will call for another emergency television news conference

He couldn't remember where or who gave him the rosery he wears on his wrist every day in remembrance of his son. Then during his address he said they have no business asking him how about when his son died or IF HE DIED. So I would say most of the civilized world has been, and now is fully aware of Joes condition.

I think the DOJ report is what has been happening for a long time.   Just a  more overt effort to lessen Biden and give the Ds reason to move to another candidate.    The presser confirmed that and the media who normally wouldn't mention what Hur said about memory are shouting that from the rooftops.   So there is massive disaffection with Biden.   He will not be the D candidate in November in my opinion.

i mean, WR, there is something very wrong with the picture that juxtaposes two power nations that are typically at odds and our is a leader that needs institutionalized and their leader is very sharp.

That’s fine, but just don’t forget to include evil, murderous, complete free of care for his citizens, etc.  in your praise of him.   
 

Again, mocking and ridicule Biden and his brain, and praising a guy like Putin, are two different things. There are plenty of genius, intelligent, coherent world leaders that can be used for such comparisons that aren’t also evil dictators.

you keep saying 'praising' as if I (or Gaetz) are saying anything regarding his character.

we are simply stating the obvious: in the same 24 hrs, Putin came off as sharp and our own special counsel called a sitting president mentally compromised.
