If she can't remember the year she says this assault happened, I'm not inclined to think her chances are great. She got by this time, an appellate court might actually look at the thing. If I was a judge and someone came to me with a lawsuit saying Trump assaulted her, I would ask, when did this happen. If the answer is I'm unclear on when it happened but by golly it did happen, I would throw it out as frivolous or something. If you are assaulted, you would know what year it happened. Period. mspart It is a shame that there isn't some sort of time limit that you can bring up these types of lawsuits. Maybe give the victim 2 weeks . Honest question, at what point do you stop and think, maybe the judges in the cases have better information about the whole case than the information I get from media? Also at what point to you stop and realize, I in fact do not know how every person on the planet’s mind works in response to a traumatic event. Honest questions not meant for argument. I guess if you were interested enough, you could look up the public records to find out why judgement after judgement has went against him. The ‘we may not know’ part is exclusive to those who don’t want to know. Or, you can stick with what you like hearing from the media. That is much easier after all. I can’t provide anything as to why she responded how or when she did. I am not her; nor have you ever been sexually assaulted. Even if I have been; my response would have no relative connection to what someone else’s response would be. Nor would I think I was in any position to say what their response should be.
