Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Could he have taken another red shirt this year for the Olympics and still been eligible for next year?

If he and Vito wrestle in the finals (maybe at 125?) will it be the oldest combined age ever?

Not counting the post WWII guys or whatever

I mean a lot of these 6 or 7 year guys are getting graduate degrees aren’t they, do we know if that’s the case for Fix?  We know it’s not the case for Vito due to the Ivy rules…

So theoretically, would 9 years be the most possible?

Redshirt, Oly RS, Med RS, another Oly RS, 4 years, Covid year?

Gomez earned his bachelor's degree in business marketing from Iowa State before adding a graduate degree in educational leadership and policy analysis from Wisconsin last spring. He was named to the Academic All-Big Ten squad (2023) and is a two-time NWCA Scholar All-American.

I don’t understand why the COVID rule allows athletes to compete in five postseasons. I think it would have been reasonable to cap the college experience at four postseasons.

It's getting a little ridiculous to say the least.
