He never one time said that, he blamed the dept of justice for going after them and not other programs and was using that as the reason they shouldnt be punished. 

 

They broke the rules. Regardless of what i think of the rule, they broke it. 

 

I think if Nelson didnt skip the meeting he may have heard the punishment for it and may not have done it. They dont have anybody to blame but themselves. You reap what you sow

If me not wanting to risk the "occasional arrest" and lose my job and my kids see me in jail comes off as "fearful" so be it. The risk ain't worth the reward hoss..
