Second year in a row without an all American.  Pritzlaff making waves at Columbia.  Maybe time for a change?  The pool is deep for possible replacements imo.  Keep goodale on in an advisory role.  He’s earned it, but I think the time is right.

Well I don’t know if JB wants to Coach but if he did I think he could make a splash like DT.
But I am thinking about Bryan Snyder Nebraska’s assistant coach, Nebraska’s program has been doing well for the last few years, I wonder if he would like or want the position.

Goodale must have naked pics of some higher-ups over there

No just the dual season they were ranked 11th in the country and I don’t think Rutgers has any other sports with that kind of success this year.

He’s a dwarf among midgets so to speak

JB most likely not interested - 7 figures maybe! - 😀......Hahn...Molinaro?  Just thinking ties to Jersey

JB did an podcast with the main NJ high school wrestling writers like 3 weeks ago and talks about how he wants to run a college program and he just opened a wrestling school in NJ that he’s building right now.

Hahn ain’t leaving the Midwest, Molinaro not exactly head coach material but if they want to make a splash James green is the NJ guy you go all in on

They have their best recruiting class in a long time coming in they are gonna let him have atleast a year with Knox and Harer before anything happens

Rutgers has more resources than most other schools with one of the most passionate fan bases. The wrestlers on the team and fans deserve better. They have recruited so many highly ranked wrestlers that weren't developed at the All American level. After 19 years, it is time for a change. Goodale deserves to be honored for for reviving a program that was about to be cut. He needs to step aside before he tarnishes his reputation and his achievements are forgotten. Hopefully, he does the right thing for the team, the fans, the school, and himself.

Goodale has never been a top coach. RU never performs well in the nationals. I don't think he is a very good recruiter and their wrestlers never take the next step.

I would give Pritzlaff a blank check right now if I were Rutgers, but we all know that won't happen

You can’t force Goodale out and bring Donnie back, you could force him out and bring someone not Donnie in or Goodale could retire on his own and then you get Donnie but I heard Columbia is giving him a big raise and extension to make sure he doesn’t leave

He was a good recruiter for awhile but it seemed to have passed him by and he can’t get top NJ guys (Knox fell into his lap after he failed in the initial recruitment) and yeah without Pritzlaff on staff you are 100 percent right about everything else.

Yes he needs to resign to make room for the new gen. He did bring in some good guys when he first took over but that has fizzled. Rutgers could turn into the next Michigan State! Administration needs to have a heart to heart with him asap

I feel bad for Rutgers fans. I really thought the Suriano and Ashnault championships would breathe some new life into that program. Jersey has such a deep talent pool, you'd think they'd be able to easily get at least 1 AA a year. Rider was able to have an AA, what's stopping the Scarlet Knights?

It boils down to recruiting. Before NiL, and now even more. You have to recruit every single year he is in your program. But a good recruiting coach is going to have a good team.

I know Okie State has David Taylor and the richest of wrestling histories but I’m sorry they can’t have 8 all Americans and Rutgers has none.  It should be unacceptable.  Love Goodale, think he’s done wonders for building that program, but it’s time.
