I totally agree with you. Just the can't read, can't write thing. I know it is not a top academic school but one of the better ones in the MAC overall. Me and my daughter and sons have toured about 50 schools the last 7 years. Kent State campus and town was surprisingly nice from what we were expecting going in. Anyway I agree Josh Moore has his hands tied trying to compete with the power 4 conferences. Why would Kent State opt in to the new legislation and have roster limits? Seems like they and other MAC, SoCon schools would want numbers.

Sooooo.....my question asked him about parties and not specifically about one person? Per the ice.gov web site, ICE does not need a warrant to make an arrest ICE officers are sworn federal law enforcement officers who operate within the confines of the law. Section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act provides ICE officers the authority to arrest aliens without a judicial warrant. The warrant is the piece that makes an arrest legal and 'warranted' (thus the name.) If ICE arrest people without a warrant, it's based only on their personal choice. Which is hella-scary. Does it require a crime? No - it does not. It's just based on their personal choice.
