I think he is agreeing with you - saying it’s an ad ‘hominem fallacy’ in logic textbooks ,but a ‘circumantial attack’ - ie attack against who is saying something rather than what is being said

If he had just said “Jesus is the one true prophet,” I don’t think he would have gotten much backlash. It was adding in the “no false prophets, no Muhammad no anyone else” line that crossed the line IMO.

That seems like a stretch. Taking the pressure off and remembering this id just a game, a game you love, seems on the up and up to me.
