  1. Is this really what people think? Bo has shown he is as blue chip as they come. Although a very oddly officiated match, he got a win over Beau Bartlett as a high school junior. Also got wins over Ashnault. He consistently beats Aiden Valencia. He also won a match against Luke Stanich, U20 world champion. He won U20 bronze the year prior. Melvin is definitely set to rack up a list of accomplishments this year as a high school junior. He has lost to some stud seniors throughout his sophomore year.
  2. North Korea was a surprise to me.
  3. Blades and Welker bronze. Helen gold. Women's team performance did not live up to expectations from recent years. No medals from the many first time world team members Missing some established point scorers from recent years without Adeline(Welker made up for it with Bronze), Amit(Glaude no points), Hildebrandt(Jiminez no points). Kilty with medals from 23 and 23, but didn't earn a medal this year. Jacarra no medal. She medaled in 23, so hard to say where she is in her career. She is 32.
  4. No she does not. Argue between John Smith and Jordan Burroughs. Also, Adeline has more gold and as many as JB. She just didn't get it at Olympics. Also, I'll probably never mix mens and womens when discussing GOAT. Seems silly. Do we do that with any other sport?
  5. Nothing went his way and it all snowballed. We have never seen him have to dig himself out of a hole. He wasn't able to get that even started against Armenia.
  6. That is what Pyles asked Snyder about. It's a quote of the interview question. Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean, so I can't answer your question.
  7. Personal struggles he's been dealing with
  8. Honestly, I'm speechless. That's too wild.
  9. Excluding carryover points from previous worlds/olympics, the max points to earn each year is 67,000 points from one Continental Championship and four Ranking Series events, assuming gold in each. Wrestlers carryover 25,000 points for prior year world championship gold. 20,00p for silver, 16,000 for bronze, 14,000 for fifth.
  10. It is pretty cool news. Such a young successful athlete to become a mom. It is not common for a woman to get pregnant in her prime(she might not even be in her prime yet). It is often pushed til retirement. A unique situation. Can anyone name a similar situation to this? Amit is 21 years old.
  11. Exactly. The pointless strays do nothing but insult. Never gonna get a response from me. Just a clown
  12. He says this in one thread. Shits on Mormons in another. He's got it all figured out.
  13. Before I saw that clip, I watched his matches at worlds and thought how good he is at attacking from space. I didn't think about which leg he was attacking. Almost all of his attacks are from space. He will touch the collar tie and go, but I still call that a shot from space. And if his opponent attacks him from space, he has good counter offense and go behinds. His stance is high up and he clears ties. Touches and goes. I didnt study a bunch of his matches, just my thoughts from his performance at U20s.
  14. Ben Davino Ryan Crookham Caleb Henson Shayne Van Ness Sergio Vega Jordyn Raney Jayden Raney
  15. I failed to follow the posts correctly.
  16. Are you certain? Is he done wrestling? And the speculation is that Cody Chittum's academic issues caused him to quit wrestling and join the military?
  17. Where is Cody Chittum? Is he ok?
  18. Nobody did. I was just saying how he wouldnt be going down during Olympic years, but I expect he goes 70kg before then throughout this quad
  19. Meyer is not a 65kg, but I would expect that he goes 70kg if he enters into WTT this quad.
  20. that seems strange
  21. It has been 1 month since the article was published on June 26. No comment from Starocci, Cael, or anyone from Penn State. We had Mineo say Carter is no longer part of NLWC, but looking for that tweet and it looks like he deleted it. Shocking. Maybe it is isn't true. Are we surprised by the silen
  22. Can you describe the blueprint?
  23. He's been in Hidlays corner at Ranking Series but not at Final X
  24. He retired after like 25 years as head coach, although it is speculated he was pressured to do so. Indiana had very weak teams under him. Escobedo and Dubuque were champs for him. And then Chalfant at heavyweight got 2nd and Taylor Walsh got 2nd too(maybe a 2x AA). Brandon Becker was a 3x AA. Nate Jackson was a 2x AA. There's probably 2 or 3 more AAs from early 2000's under his tenure that I cannot recall.
