  1. I don’t think he’s been on in more than a year now. Which is probably for the best. I’m a big Cenzo fan but I’ll say that I have zip, zero, zilch problem with almost ANY grad student getting a bag to use their eligibility. Exception: Hendrickson. He’s a commissioned officer in the USAF. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Again: Brooks came closer to beating the gold medalist in his bracket than Lee did. I didn’t say that Brooks would have beaten Yazdan; I didn’t even mention his name until now. Also, if we take your statement literally, no, no one wrestled and beat everyone in their brackets. In their path to the final and the final, sure, they beat everyone, but no one went 15-0. 3. I rarely think, “Man, this 5’5”, 132lb kid looks like a giant” but he made McHenry look tiny. Threw him around a couple of times but McHenry was too quick and too skilled overall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Brackets are a hard concept to understand, it seems. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Kurt McHenry is the sole reason 114/115/118 should still exist. He’s so good, but so small. He’s killing a kid that looks like a 141/149 compared to a regular 125. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Why would they wrestle a fictional match that has no basis in the rules? I mean, why couldn’t they wrestle for true second, too, if we’re dealing in made up hypotheticals? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. He came closer to beating the gold medalist in his weight class than Lee did. He scored a takedown. Lee did not. Never came even close. Also, WTF are you talking about? True third? How is that relevant here? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I imagine Cenzo would be a significant upgrade in training partners for Cardenas. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Ryder looking smaller than his opponent at 184. I’m guessing he goes 174 when Levi is done. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Brooks was closer to being a gold medalist than Spencer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I'm particularly interested in seeing how Ryder + Mirasolas are coming along. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Ryder wins 184. He's really good. The Mirasolas, I could see them both placing. Mirasola the Smaller got wrecked by Barr at Black Knight but Barr might just be better than I thought he'd be.
  12. Been a Penn State football fan since I was born. Dad was roommates with Jack Ham. I wore Penn State shirts to football games at my school (Illinois) when they hosted Penn State. I hate Tom Osborne with the fire of a thousand suns. I am obligated to take Penn State. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Iowa fans are already penciling him into their lineup at 197 for next year.
  14. Why are any books banned at all? Here’s a great list of books that are banned in libraries and schools in CO. https://cdhe.colorado.gov/banned-book-list To include: The Things They Carried, The Kite Runner, Born a Crime. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Maybe I’m giving them too much credit but I’d assume a guy ranked that high wouldn’t be predicted to be in a 32/33 match in their model. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Wilco. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Uhhh… wow. Quoting this for posterity. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Rozynski is pretty good. He gave Kasak a good match in the PSU-Lehigh dual. Very tough to take down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Iowa recruiting trip? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I’m fairly certain a potato could coach Iowa to a top 5 finish most years. The brand, while slightly diminished, is still very strong. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. While I usually find Yianni’s sanctimonious comments about recruiting a bit much, in this case, good for Correa. Both he and Sahakian were slated to go 285 at UM. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. For some reason, I doubt that. Can’t put my finger on it, though… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Is it hearsay if they post it all over social media? People like Vivek are the people who turn Boeing into a company that chases squeezing the last dime out of every process instead of making excellent, reliable products. He doesn’t actually believe what he’s saying; he wants to hire H1B visa holders do the same jobs for half the pay (or less). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. These guys are going to do what McKinsey, Deloitte, et al., did to US manufacturing in the 70s/80s. They are going to take good paying tech jobs that Americans currently hold, and effectively offshore them, in the name of a quarterly earnings statement. H1B or not, “efficiency” (higher profits and fewer American jobs) is coming. Enjoy! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Because they achieved their goal of keeping a specific group of voters at home. Not exactly a mystery. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
